Our keen knowledge of the automotive industry has helped us to develop and supply necessary parts including Cylinder Liner and more to our clients. Anand became the first supplier of high quality spiny lock sleeve (centribond sleeves) to meet the rigid quality control standards. Our client list includes some of the OEMs. We have developed the products as per our customers' need to run the next generation vehicles.
Having based ourselves on the features demanded by large companies, we have all the in-house facilities for centrifugal casting process including Induction Furnaces, CNC Machines, VMC Machines, Plateau Honing Machines, Centerless Grinding, Spectrometers for material analysis and Quality Labs for surface roughness tests, Profile Projectors and other necessary measuring instruments. Every piece is technically 100% approved for the best quality output.
Anand Enterprise has 4 factories (units), for exports and domestic market to meet the growing demand of the global market.
The monthly production of the company has increased to 150,000 pcs/month for cylinder liners and sleeves. The other products in whole comprises of 50,000 pcs/month for valve guides, valve seats and fuel injector sleeves respectively.
